Chef Dwayne returns to excite our palate with island tastes. Join us, taste good wine, drink a little island beer, and feast on a great Caribbean meal.

Just back from our excursion in Italy, we are recreating the most interesting menu from the glorious city of Siena.  Dolce.  Wines from Tuscany. 7:30 P.M. $60 p/p, $100 for 2

La Bella Sicilia  JimRua
Participate in a fabulous meal from the mother country: assorted antipasti; salad with fennel, oranges and olives; pasta alla Norma; tacchino al'Marsala; dolce Siciliano.

Get a taste of the renowned cuisine at the Taverna Del Lupo. On our vacation in Italy last month we were treated to a cooking demonstration. Come and enjoy this unique experience.

Timpano di Maccheroni  Jim Rua
You asked for it, you got it, the "Big Night" class on a Saturday night!  Participants will enjoy a delicious meal including the immense timpano made in the movie, Jim Rua-style.  Coffee and dolce.  Wines will flow.
