The Chef's Table is an intimate, private dining room with an open kitchen that is available for groups of 10 to 16 guests who wish to enjoy a bounteous Italian table in the setting of a fine home. Extensive menus include virtually the entire range of Italian regional cuisine prepared by Jim Rua and Michael Preusser. Chef's Table functions are popular occasions for business meetings, family gatherings, dinner among friends, and all special events where guests can gather around a single table to enjoy each other and some of Italy's most celebrated preparations.  The open kitchen provides an excellent perspective for guests whose interests include the techniques of Italian cooking as well as the enjoyment of it. The Chef's table setting offers privacy as well as the opportunity to communicate with the chef.

Our menus include 5 Antipasti served family style, a pasta selection for the group, two main courses with side dishes, and dessert. Endless wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee & tea - glasses never empty! You may select a menu with your favorite Italian dishes or allow Jim to decide the menu based on inspirations and market selections on the day of your visit. You may also request items and of course, let us know about dietary restrictions and special preferences.

The cost is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. We require a 10-guest minimum.
