7/24 Porto Torres, Sardinia:

This town feels Spanish and the food is a perfect mix of Italian and Iberian influences. I spent two weeks here and wrote a chapter for a still unpublished book about the great food. Paella-like dishes and risotto tossed in a sauce made with the black ink of the sepia—just like at Café Capriccio. Taste our travels with us on July 24, 2019. - Jim Rua
