The traditional Italian-American Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes is by far the most popular cooking class we have given over the years at Cafe Capriccio.  Jim and Franco will offer 4 different "Seven Fishes" menus to explore a wide variety of possibilities: The dates are: Monday, December 4, Monday, December 11, Tuesday, December 12, and Monday, December 18.  Join us for one or more classes where we will prepare and enjoy the most interesting Italian fish and shellfish dishes from the north, south, east, and west.  Classes will include cooking instructions and four course meal as described (with wine) at each session.  Classes will be limited to 12 participants and must be reserved on our website, first come first served.  The cost is $70 per person, plus tax and a 20% gratuity shared by two servers: total cost $90.00 per person.
