Celebrate Easter at Cafe Capriccio with a Sumptuous 4-Course Meal!  Hours 3:30-8pm

  First Course Options Roasted in our Wood Fire Oven   Chorizo, melon & artichoke hearts  Asparagus with lemon, shaved Parmesan & pine nuts  Mushrooms stuffed with Gorgonzola, rosemary, caramelized onion walnuts and breadcrumbs   Salad Course Options    Fresh blueberries, arugula, toasted almonds, goat cheese with lemon vinaigrette  Baby spinach with egg, tomatoes, red onion, shaved Parmesan, mesclun greens & balsamic vinaigrette  Calamari & shrimp with kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, arugula, white beans & olive oil  Mesclun greens with tomatoes, carrot, cucumber & balsamic vinaigrette   Main Course Options   Pan seared salmon with sweet & sour Caponata. Roasted potatoes & vegetables  Stuffed eggplant with four cheeses, roasted red peppers & spinach. Seared polenta & vegetables.  Risotto with roasted duck breast, caramelized pear, goat cheese & balsamic reduction.  Ravioli stuffed with spinach, roasted garlic, ricotta & Romano in our tomato basil garlic cream.  Lamb stew, slow simmered tender cuts of lamb with root vegetables, tomato, Cabernet, potatoes & fresh herbs.  Beef tenderloin medallions sautéed with sopressata, sweet onion, cherry peppers, lemon, garlic & white wine. Roasted potatoes & vegetables.  Pasta with caramelized onion, pancetta & roasted chicken, tossed with almond/arugula pesto & fresh tomatoes.
